Terms & Refund Policy

1. What you're buying
A licence key that unlocks Watcher, a third-party program for Minecraft 1.8.9 on Windows. You are buying access to the software, not the software itself — the licence is personal, non-transferable, and locked to one machine.
2. Plan lengths
- 1 Month — 30 days, counted from the first time the key is used.
- 2 Months — 60 days, counted from the first time the key is used.
- 3 Months — 90 days, counted from the first time the key is used.
- Lifetime — no expiry, and no longer sold. Existing lifetime keys are honoured. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the software, not a guarantee that it will be maintained forever.
The three subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each term — every 30, 60 or 90 days — until you cancel. Cancel from your Stripe receipt or by opening a ticket; the key keeps working until the term you already paid for runs out.
3. Delivery
Your key is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check spam and then contact support.
4. Refunds
Because the key is delivered instantly and cannot be un-delivered, sales are final once the key has been sent. Refunds are only issued when:
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The key was never delivered and cannot be re-issued.
- The software does not run at all on a supported setup and support cannot fix it.
Refunds are not issued for a ban, for changing your mind, for buying the wrong plan, or because a server added a detection.
5. Bans are your risk
Watcher breaks the rules of most Minecraft servers. Using it can and does get accounts banned. No claim is made anywhere on this site that it is undetectable, and a ban is not grounds for a refund or a free key.
6. Your licence, your responsibility
- Don't share, resell, or publish your key.
- Don't decompile, patch, or redistribute the client.
- Don't use it to harass people, or to attack servers or their infrastructure.
Keys found being shared or cracked are revoked without a refund.
7. HWID resets
Your key binds to the first PC it runs on. Resets are handled through support: free and unlimited on the 3 month and lifetime keys, one per term on the 1 and 2 month plans. Resets requested repeatedly in a short window will be treated as sharing.
8. Availability
Watcher depends on a licence server to verify keys. Reasonable effort is made to keep it up, but no uptime is guaranteed, and short outages are not grounds for a refund.
9. Not affiliated with Mojang
Watcher is an unofficial, independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any launcher, server, or network named on this site. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Support runs through the Discord linked in the footer, or by email at watcherclientmc@gmail.com. Discord is faster. Include the last four characters of your key when you write in.
